No matter how “perfect” we vow to be, invariably the weekends and holidays are a recipe for disaster to our weight (wait) loss.
It’s a cycle of eating great Monday through Wednesday, only to show up by 5 pm on Thursday ready to dive into the chips at happy hour. Then, since you’ve already screwed up, you eat your way through the weekend.
It becomes an endless game of on and off. A game that leaves you feeling even more frustrated and weighed down.
